Our maintenance line is manned 24/7/365 so that if you ever have an emergency maintenance problem you can always call on us for help. For qualified "emergencies" you can count on us to arrive within 20-45 minutes regardless of the day or time.

If a member of our staff is unable to resolve a problem that you've encountered that employee is just one step away from the owners of the company and a solution.
If you are a current tenant, we provide a number of incentives / reasons for you to renew your lease or transfer to another CMI house or apartment. In the case of renewal, you'll avoid having to house or apartment shop, avoid house or apartment shoppers in your home, avoid a double move at the end of August, avoid moving expenses and utility transfers. Additionally, we'll provide you with a renewal rental rate that is often less than a new tenant would pay. For transfers, we'll smooth out the double move problem for you at the end of August so that you don't have to move home for ten days before moving into your new CMI house or apartment.
